RN Step Down
Overview
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
- Schedule: Every other weekend; every other holiday
- Role placement: Traveler will be placed on the unit with the greatest need, either PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on the traveler’s skills
- Float scope: May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

- RN Step Down (PCU)
- Will accept a M/S or Stepdown RN; same credentialing for both skills
- Specialty exam and skills must be completed

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Driver's License
- Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience
- Experience with Epic
