Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Completion of FEMA ICS 100 Training (mandatory, no exceptions)
Fit testing for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date (no exemptions allowed)
Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
Documentation of MMR immunizations or proof of immunity
TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI and national sex offender registry checks
Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days of start and annually
Verification of highest level of education achieved
Submission of a detailed resume covering the past 7 years of work experience
Two professional references within the last 4 years (minimum one supervisor-level)
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for any extensions
Color vision test within 365 days of start date

Must update housing agreement if there is a break in assignment of 35 days or more
Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start or at designated locations if extending assignment
Background checks include international residence or travel exceeding 30 consecutive days within the last 7 years
Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation
