Valid RN license in Texas.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience).
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
PALS issued by American Heart Association.
ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
NRP.
TNCC.
NIH Certification.
CPI.
Driver's License.

Role Summary

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implements and monitors patient care plans, communicates patient condition, serves as a primary coordinator of disciplines, carries out physician and nursing orders, and assists with discharge planning.
Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Onboarding / Additional Requirements

BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, NIH Certification, and Ascension CPI are required for onboarding.
