Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Behavioral Health experience within the last year
• 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Resume, skills checklist within 1 year, and 2 professional references are required for submission.
• COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption is required for onboarding.
• Drug screen is required within 30 days of start.
• MMR, varicella, Tdap, hepatitis B, color vision, fit test, and tuberculosis screening are required for onboarding.
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year is required.
• Education verification is required.
• Criminal background, exclusion, and registry checks are required.
• Child and adult dependent abuse training is required.
• Code of conduct, I-9, confidentiality/security agreement, conflict of interest disclosure, integrity and audit services form, system access form, non-employee upload form, and specialty competency testing are required for onboarding.
• Joint Commission testing is required within 1 year.
• Skills checklist is required for clinical contractors.
