Overview

• Location: Abington, Pennsylvania
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Patient ratio: 1-2
• No floating
• Block scheduling may be considered
• Weekend requirement: every 3rd weekend
• Night weekend: Friday/Saturday
• On-call: none
• Holiday requirement: at least 1 holiday out of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
• Scrubs are provided

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• NRP
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• AWHONN Intermediate or AWHONN Beginner
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Epic familiarity
• Pennsylvania background and fingerprinting requirements must be completed before start
• 2 professional references within 2 years of start

Additional Requirements

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify
• Primary source verification of state license, as applicable
• NURSYS verification, as applicable
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Pass/Fail testing acknowledgement, if applicable
• Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
• Physical exam within 2 months of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
• Rubeola (Measles)
• Mumps
• Rubella
• Hepatitis B
• Varicella
• Drug testing
• Flu vaccination/documentation
