Role Overview

• Travel/Contract Registered Nurse role in Matthews, North Carolina.
• Outpatient clinic assignment in Hematology & Medical Oncology.
• 8-hour day shifts, 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
• 40 hours per week.
• 13-week contract.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Oncology (2 years of experience).
• Oncology experience within the last year.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ONS/ONCC.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Central line experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• OCN.

Assignment Details

• Patient ratio: 1:5.
• No call.
• No weekends.
• Can float between the Matthews and Ballantyne Clinics.
• Adults age 18+.
• Hematology & Medical Oncology patient population.
• 10 infusion chairs.
• Ambulatory infusion pumps used.
• Mixing is handled by techs/pharmacy.
• Scrubs: navy blue, not provided.

Additional Notes

• RTO after booking is not allowed.
• RTO maximum: 7 days for auto offer.
• Unit systems include Pyxis, Epic, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Unit orientation is 8 hours, varies by skill level, with hospital orientation in week one.
