Job Opportunity: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Travel/Contract

Location: San Angelo, Texas
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: Preferred 1/26; may consider 2/9

Schedule: Facility may consider 36 hours/week but prefers 48 hours/week

Experience Requirements

Background and Compliance Requirements

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start; must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Fit Mask Test: Required within 6 months prior to start; annual updates required
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap: Required within 10 years of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: Required; must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• TB Questionnaire: Required for all candidates; can substitute annual TB test
• Rubeola (Measles): Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; boosters required if negative/equivocal
• Mumps: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; boosters required if negative/equivocal
• Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; boosters required if negative/equivocal
• Hepatitis B: Positive titer or series with declination form; boosters and declination options available
• Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or proof of disease required; boosters required if negative/equivocal
• Drug Testing: Required within 30 days; must include multiple substances; instant acceptable
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation: Required or facility-specific declination during flu season (10/31-3/31)
• COVID: Initial series required; boosters not required
