Overview

• Travel/contract assignment in Lebanon, Indiana
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:00-06:30
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start dates accepted: 9/28 or 10/5

Unit / Role Details

• Med/Surg with Tele experience required
• Unit admits pediatrics
• Ratio: 1:5
• Minimum 3 weekends in a 6-week period
• May be placed on call
• May float based on unit/hospital needs
• If a traveler calls in for a shift, they must pick up another shift to make up for the call-in
• No more than 5 days of RTO
• First-timers accepted
• Locals accepted within 50 miles of the hospital

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Background check with 7-year search within 30 days of start
• Transcript/diploma required
• 2 references required
• Color blind testing
• Competency exam
• Skills checklist

Preferred Qualifications

• Ambulatory experience
• Med/Surg experience preferred

• Short term acute care hospital
• 78 staffed beds
• Charting: Meditech
• Scrub color: any color, professional attire
