Job Overview

• Location: Coupeville, Washington
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day shift, 8 hours
• Contract length: 16 weeks
• Setting: Outpatient infusion center providing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, supportive oncology treatments, and other infusion services

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Chemotherapy certification
• 2 years of oncology experience
• Oncology experience within the last year
• Competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
• NURSYS verification
• State license verification
• Background check with clear results
• Washington state WATCH clearance
• Education verification or official transcripts/diploma if needed for clearance
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start

Required Health and Compliance Items

• Government-issued photo ID
• Passport-style photo for badge
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• TB screening within 12 months of start, or chest X-ray if applicable
• TB questionnaire
• Tdap within 10 years
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation or completed series
• Initial COVID-19 vaccine series or declination
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Sanction disclosure
• Immuware contractor form
• Unit-specific job description review and signature before start
• ID badge request form
• Skills checklist annually
