Required Qualifications

• Ohio state license required for RRTs
• 2 supervisory references required; charge nurses count as only 1 reference
• Close to 2 years of experience preferred
• Floating is required for most positions

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID required within 24–48 hours of signing
• Current legal name must match license and certifications
• Criminal background check required within 30 days of start
• Education verification required
• Fingerprinting required within 60 days of start
• State and federal exclusion / registry checks required within 30 days of start
• NURSYS verification required within 30 days of start
• Negative TB screening or chest x-ray required
• Drug screen required within 60 days prior to start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for the 2025–26 season
• Physical exam required
• Fit testing required within 1 year of start and annually
• Code of conduct and confidentiality / IT use agreement required
• Infection control policy review and signature required
• Fingerprint screening questions required
• Affiliating health record required
