Job Overview

Location: Castro Valley, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Patient ratio: 1:2
Floating: May float to ED, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department
Local candidates accepted within 50 miles, at local rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Neuro ICU (2 years of experience)
Neuro ICU experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Experience with Epic
Must be able to meet facility background check and health screening requirements before start

Preferred Qualifications

TNCC

Additional Notes

CA license and certifications must be in hand to submit
Weekend schedule is every other weekend
