Overview

  • Travel/Contract role in Aurora, Colorado
  • Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
  • 36 hours per week
  • 13-week contract
  • Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), 24 beds
  • Patient ratio: 1:2
  • Average daily census: 23
  • Scrub color: Navy Blue

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Colorado
  • MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Floating as required per unit needs, including to sister facilities within Metro Region based on facility needs
  • 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
  • First-time travelers are accepted if required experience is met and the clinician is comfortable with a high-acuity unit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic medical center experience
