Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Every 4th weekend required
Every other holiday required
Can approve up to 40 hours of RTO (Released Time Off)

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience, with Case Management experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Experience in an acute care setting
Acute hospital Case Management experience required
Experience with Epic electronic health record system required
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
