Physical Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)
Location: Novato, California
Shift: Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Provide therapy and rehabilitation services in a home health setting. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and treatment protocols. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work independently in a demanding environment. Maintain professional communication and teamwork skills. Apply evidence-based practice to clinical care and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
