X-Ray Tech (Radiology / Cardiology) - Travel/Contract

Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Shift: Day Shift (5 days/week, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
Contract Length: 14 weeks


Job Description

  • Work primarily in a Surgical and Clinical Orthopedics environment supporting general orthopedic imaging (X-ray) and specialized care for limb lengthening and bone deformity correction.
  • Patient population includes outpatient, inpatient, community hospital, and children aged 1-8 years (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with PACS and portable X-ray machines required.
  • Must be comfortable and confident using C-arm equipment independently in surgical and clinical settings.
  • Frequent long-leg imaging (hip to ankle) performed in clinics.
  • Equipment used includes DR GE (rooms and portable), EOS, Standing Foot/Ankle CT scanner, and CRXx.
  • No weekends or major holidays required.
  • Flexibility to work at offsite locations as needed.
  • First-time travelers accepted if experienced with C-arm portable use.
  • Preferred skills: experience in OR, ER, and Level I Trauma settings.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Radiology Technologist license in Maryland
  • Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Experience as an X-Ray Technician
