• Every other weekend
• Every other major holiday

• Long-term care facility
• 26 beds/residents

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• LTC experience
• Registered Nurse license

Responsibilities

• Charge nurse duties
• Medication administration
• Wound care

Patient Population

• Heart disease
• Diabetes
• Dementia

Unit Details

• No IVs or titratable drips
• No tele monitors
• No clinical involvement
• No team conference requirement for acute inpatient rehab
• Physician available by phone on-call after hours
• No rehab beds
• PT available as needed
• Social worker designee involved
• No respiratory therapy on-site 24/7
• Oxygen equipment includes concentrators and portable concentrators
• Pharmacy is off-site

Orientation

• 2–3 shifts

Additional Notes

• No blocked schedule
• No self-scheduling
• No call or standby
• No floating
• Dress code: clean and presentable
• RTO must be provided upfront; additional RTO will not be approved
• Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity
