Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Continuing education courses

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record
• Monitor patient care and follow-up
• Supervise PT assistants and aides
• Communicate with physicians and other staff to support patient care
• Maintain patient documentation, including prescriptions, test results, and authorizations
• Participate in scheduling, follow-up, marketing, and referral activities as needed

Physical Requirements

• Able to work in a physically mobile role with prolonged sitting, walking, and standing during 8–10 hour workdays
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers and mobility support
