• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Equipment: Telemetry
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Paragon
• Patient Population: Adult cardiac observation, post cardiac cath lab patients, cardioversions

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience in Cardiac specialty, including experience within the last year
• Step-down/ICU experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Additional Information

• Orientation is bi-weekly
• Team-oriented environment with emphasis on good communication skills and flexibility
• Dress Code: Navy scrubs; offensive tattoos and non-facility tops are not acceptable
