Travel RN Opportunity – ICU

Location: Sanford, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Overview

• Unit: ICU (8 beds)
• Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
• Patient Population: All ages
• EHR System: Cerner
• Shift: Days (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As needed / every other weekend
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Float Requirements: Yes (Ratio 1:6)

Job Requirements

• Specialty: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Required Years of Experience: 2 years (higher end of 1-2 years range)
• Required Certifications:

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • CPI/HWC/MAB
  • NIH Certification
• Licensure: Valid RN license to practice in North Carolina
• Experience: ICU experience required
• Preferred Experience: High acuity patient care
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Respiratory failure
