Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in California
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
3 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
Experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NRP

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced respiratory therapy care, including ventilator management, arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation, pulmonary function testing, aerosol and humidity therapy, and emergency response
Serve as a lead practitioner and help train staff and nursing personnel
Document care, maintain equipment, and support quality assurance activities
Work with patients across the lifespan, including newborns through geriatric patients
