Job Title: RN MedSurg/Tele
Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky
Employment Type: Clinical Nursing
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12, 7p–7a, with weekend and holiday rotation
Hours per Week: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
Previous nursing experience

Role Summary

Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient/family education, and care coordination
Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
Delegates and oversees patient care tasks appropriately
Participates in quality improvement activities and supports patient safety and care standards
