Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Schedule

Generally 5 days per week, likely including 1 weekend day
Day shift
May require floating to other units or facilities based on census and staffing needs
Must be available to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitation services
Perform evaluations, reassessments, treatments, and other clinical services
Develop, implement, or carry out individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Educate residents, families, and caregivers
Complete accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Supervise therapy assistants when applicable

Training / Onboarding

Orientation to the rehabilitation department, EMR documentation, and facility workflows is provided

Start Requirement

Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday
