Respiratory Therapist - Nights

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work 3 shifts per week, 12-hour night shifts, with on-call responsibilities.
Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuity levels, including Level 2 NICU.
Must have excellent critical care and ventilator skills.
Must have neonatal and pediatric experience, including Level 2 NICU.

Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC (CRT not accepted).
Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program as required by licensure.
Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license.
Current American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) – all required.
Minimum of 5 years of respiratory therapy experience.
Prior travel experience required; not open to first-time travelers.

Additional Information

Traveler housing may be available (furnished studio or one-bedroom apartments near the facility).
Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
