Job Opportunity: RN Nurse Manager

Location: Bethel, Alaska
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Shift: To be discussed with manager; typically Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Summary

• Manage daily operations of a Sub-Regional Clinic to ensure coordinated patient flow and care.
• Maintain accurate and current medical records.
• Provide documentation to optimize reimbursement for clinic services.
• Act as liaison between Bethel departments and the Sub-Regional Clinic.
• Responsible for staffing positions within the clinic.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of 1 year of House Supervisor experience within the last year.
• Experience in nursing management/manager roles.
• Clinic experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is required for this position.
