Physical Therapist – Home Health

Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Typical day: 5 patient visits per 8-hour day (8 or 10-hour shifts possible)
Caseload: Approximately 5 cases per day
Work setting: Traveling to patients' homes for therapy sessions
Documentation system: Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel to patient homes

Required Qualifications

Oregon Physical Therapist license required at time of application
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Must be a fast learner, self-starter, and able to quickly adapt to the role

Additional Information

Housing is very difficult to secure with pets; special housing arrangements must be requested prior to placement
Interviews are conducted by hospital managers
