Local placements accepted within 50 miles of the facility

Schedule

8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
Weekend call rotation, about 1 in every 4–5 weekends
1–2 nights of call per week

Setting

Hospice/home health
4–5 visits per day
No vents

Required Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license
BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Independent worker
Computer/EMR skills

Middle initial
Requested time off
Confirmation that the Illinois license application process has been initiated, if not already active

Additional Notes

Drug screen required
12 hours of non-billable orientation
Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
Call-off policy allows 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty
One aide is available for every 2 RNs
