Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

  • Prescott Valley, Arizona

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Schedule

  • 10-hour day shifts
  • Monday through Friday
  • Possible weekend call
  • Holiday coverage may be required

Required Qualifications

  • BLS (AHA)
  • ARRT or NMTCB certification
  • Ability to work independently

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine studies including cardiac, HIDA, bone, gastric, and VQ imaging
  • Start IVs
  • May float or cover other areas

Additional Notes

  • No clinical involvement
  • 1 scanner in the department
  • Average volume is 3-8 scans/studies per day
  • Scrubs are not provided
  • Must meet the radius rule and recent employment restriction related to CommonSpirit, CHI, and Dignity facilities
