Position Details

• Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)

• Floating: Required (to Medical Surgical or ED holding)
• Block Scheduling: Yes
• Patient Ratio: 6:1 (highest level)
• Unit Beds: 26
• Scrub Color: Blue
• Orientation: 2 days approved

Requirements

• Licensure: Valid RN license in Indiana
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience (specialty)
• EMR System: Cerner
• Travel Distance: Must live more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Documentation: Required to submit license, certifications, and driver's license with matching permanent home address

Additional Information

• No required holidays or blackout dates for return to office (RTO)
• Maximum RTO allowed: 3 days
• Highest patient acuity level: Med Surg / Med Tele level 1
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required

This position is suitable for RNs with at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing, comfortable working night shifts, and willing to float within the hospital units.
