Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)

Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff

Job Details

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Float Requirement: Yes, may be required to float to a nearby unit approximately 1.5 miles away
Facility Size: 100 beds
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Protouch
Dress Code: Navy scrub colors
Parking: Included with building

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Kentucky
Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
