Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts of 12 hours per week
Hours per Week: 36
Job Summary
Provide nursing care to Emergency Room patients following the Nursing Process, state Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery. Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.

- Stroke Receiving Center
- STEMI Receiving Center
- Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner (experience required)
- Dress code: Black scrub colors
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience working in a Trauma Level III facility
- Proficient with Cerner Electronic Medical Record system
Additional Information
- NIH Stroke Scale certification is recommended but not required
- Start date requested within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
