Assignment Overview
- Travel RN assignment in Austin, Texas
- 13 weeks
- Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
- No call
- Unit: 3 North
- 32-bed unit
- New opening
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years or more nursing experience
Unit Details
- Staffed by RNs, LVNs, and PCTs
- Patient ratio: 5:1 on day shift, 6:1 on night shift
- Equipment includes bladder scanner, vital sign machine, telemetry, and lifts
- No routine procedures performed on the unit
- Weekends: 4 shifts per month

- Dress code: navy blue scrubs with St. David’s logo
