• Must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel

Facility & Unit Overview

• 170-bed facility, Joint Commission Accredited
• Accredited Chest Pain Center and AHA Stroke Program Award
• Services include lab, radiology, respiratory, ED, cardiology, ENT, lung care, gastroenterology, general surgery, inpatient rehab, and endoscopy
• Cath Lab Unit:

  • 5-6 beds
  • Patient ratio 1:1
  • Equipment includes vital signs monitors, airway management, IV pumps, and standard patient care equipment
  • Electronic Health Record system: Meditech
  • Patient population: all ages
• Orientation offered multiple dates throughout the year

Position Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours per week: 40 (weekly guaranteed)
• Call Requirement: Yes, minimum 12 days per month (to be discussed with director)
• Float Requirement: Assist in holding room (pre-op area) as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience, with experience within the last year
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS required
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
