MRI Technician Position - Georgia, Lavonia

Job Details

• Job Title: MRI Technician
• Location: Lavonia, Georgia
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Current and valid MRI Technician license/certification as required by the state of Georgia
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Fit Test

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide the following documentation, all to be current and valid as specified:

Health and Safety

• Fit Test
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (including specific substances; no THC) completed within 30 days of start.
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025), or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab results.
• Hepatitis B: At least first vaccination in series completed prior to start.
• Influenza Vaccine: Optional but recommended.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test; if positive TB, chest x-ray required per regional guidelines.
• Varicella: Proof of vaccination or IgG titer.
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
• Respirator Evaluation with physician signature (location-specific).

Professional and Legal

• License/Certificate Verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days.
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and all names used.
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form signed.
• Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form signed.
• Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form signed shortly before start.
• Trinity I9 form completed by agency.
• Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information and System Security Agreement signed.
• Trinity Joint Commission CORE Exam completed within the last year.
• Trinity System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start.

Skills and Profile

• Resume and Skills Checklist (within the last year).
• Two professional references.

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system as specified.
• Drug screen must be completed and resulted before start date with Medical Review Officer (MRO) signature.
• License verification must be a machine-generated online verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Some health evaluations and forms may be location-specific.
