Job Opportunity: RN Telemetry I

Job Description

• Provide safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver direct patient care within scope of practice on the Telemetry Unit.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Maintain standards of care in Telemetry Unit.
• Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN License
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and boosters preferred
