Job Description

• This is a 4-10s schedule position with either Tuesday or Thursday off.
• Time off requests will be coordinated directly with the manager.
• Both local candidates and first-time travelers are welcome.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
• State license verification and allied professional certifications as required.

Additional Notes

• Facility-specific forms and agreements must be completed as a priority.
• A clear, passport-style photo with a solid background is required for badge issuance.
