Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Setting: Behavioral Health Hospital
Shift: Evening (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Summary

Provide direct nursing care tailored to patient needs in the assigned unit.
Analyze patient medical history, diagnostics, and current condition to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of medical records with regulatory standards.
Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions accordingly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for effective care planning.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
