Job Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Deerfield Beach, Florida
• Evening shift: 5x8 hours, 15:00–23:30
• 13-week contract
• Hurricane sign-up required but not guaranteed
• Locals considered within a 60-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT (R) or ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• Experience with Siemens equipment
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis imaging
• Experience with chest imaging
• Experience with head/neck imaging
• Experience with spine/musculoskeletal imaging
• Experience with diffusion imaging (non-brain)
• Experience with perfusion imaging
• Experience with gradient echo imaging
• Experience with image post-processing
• Experience with multiplanar reconstruction
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• GE, Hitachi, Phillips, or Toshiba equipment experience
• Experience with Breast imaging
• Experience with Cardiovascular imaging
• Experience with Maximum Intensity Projection
• Ability to perform X-Ray as well

Licensure / Certification Notes

• Active Florida Radiologic Technologist License is required only if performing X-Ray duties in addition to MRI
• If the candidate will deal with radiation, a state radiology license is required

Additional Compliance Items

• Physical exam
• Fit test with approved mask options
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Flu vaccination or declination/exemption during flu season
• Drug screen must show cut-offs
