Overview

Travel/Contract role in Oakland, California
12-hour night shifts
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Ability to float to other UCSF facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (5 years of experience)
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric CVICU experience

Additional Notes

Current and valid driver’s license, government photo ID, or US passport is required for identity verification, and the identity document must match the professional license
Two supervisory references are required
A current resume with the last 7 years of work history is required, and gaps of 30 days or more must be explained
A unit-specific skills checklist is required
Background check, drug test, physical exam, TB screening, immunization documentation, and other onboarding/compliance items are required before start
