Registered Nurse – PCU Float

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Wichita Falls, Texas
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Primarily supports Med Surg and requires floating
• Alternating 36/48-hour schedule required; facility may consider straight 48s
• Weekends required as needed, potentially most weekends
• Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules are not approved
• Preferred start date is within the next 3–5 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of float experience
• Float experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Must be agreeable to floating

• Competency exam
