Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- 1 year or more of total travel experience, with 6 or more months of continuous travel experience immediately preceding submittal
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) experience
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with Cerner
Preferred Experience
- Trach experience

- May float to other sites if needed
- Start date options: 9/21 or 10/05
