Schedule: Rotating schedule, Monday–Friday 11:30–22:00 and Saturday–Sunday 08:30–19:00
Hours: 40 per week
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend, with some holidays
Floating: Required

Valid California LPN / LVN license
1 year of LPN / LVN experience within the last year
Experience in an outpatient setting
Urgent Care experience
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience with Epic

No pending license accepted
No scheduling requests can be accommodated
No RTO within the first 2 weeks
Government-issued photo ID required
2 professional references required, including 1 supervisory reference
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year, updated annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug screening within 1 year of start
Flu vaccination or documentation required; declinations and exemptions are not accepted
MMR immunity or vaccination required for measles, mumps, and rubella
Hepatitis B vaccine series, titer, or declination required
Varicella immunity or vaccination required
