4x10 variable start times
ASAP start

Pediatric OR
16 suites
About 20,000 cases per year

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in California
Pediatrics OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
Pediatrics OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred

Peds experience, especially general surgical
Types of cases preferred: Ortho, Neuro, Craniofacial, ENT, Dermatology, Laser, Plastics, Endo, Dental, Urology, General (including videoscopy), cardiac, neuro, kidney and liver transplants

Schedule

4x10 variable
First week will be 8-hour shifts
Weekends/holidays/on-call
No specific rotation for weekend coverage; depends on department needs

Float / Scheduling Notes

Will float within scope to meet facility needs
Does not float to sister facilities
Does not accommodate block schedule
Locals not accepted
RTO max: 6 days

Additional Notes

Guaranteed hours are provided after the call-off policy has been met
Scrub color: any color
Parking: free traveler parking
