Overview
- Travel/contract role in Charleston, South Carolina
- Night shift: 3x12s, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Local candidates accepted within 60 miles
- First-time travelers are not accepted
Schedule and work setting
- Weekend work is required
- On-call is not required
- Floating may be needed within scope to meet facility needs
- Block scheduling is at the manager’s discretion
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- 2 or more completed travel assignments
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
Preferred experience
- Pediatric surgery experience
- Women’s surgery experience
Additional considerations
- Travelers may be called off up to 10 hours per 2-week period
- All requested time off must be submitted with the application
- During hurricane season, staff may be assigned to emergency response teams
- A radiation badge is required for this role
- Radiation exposure attestation is required before start
- Candidates cannot start without the radiation badge

- Complete application/resume is required
- Work history must include all PTO, contract assignments, agency names, and no unaccounted gaps
- Skills checklist must be current
- Annual background check and education verification are required
- Annual physical exam is required
- Fit testing is required before start and annually

- TB testing, vaccine documentation, and other standard health documentation are required before start
