Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Services

Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary by about an hour)

Job Description

Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of current outpatient Occupational Therapist experience
Active Occupational Therapist license in California
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
Completion of an Occupational Therapist skills checklist
All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel experience highly preferred

Additional Information

Agency timesheets require supervisor signature
Interviews will be conducted prior to offers

Work Environment

Outpatient services within a large university-affiliated medical center
Facility includes Level I Trauma Center, regional burn center, comprehensive stroke center, behavioral health center, and multiple specialty care services
