Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Rhode Island
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BSN
Driver's License

Onboarding Requirements

COVID-19 vaccine and booster documentation
MMR immunity or 2 immunizations
Varicella immunity or 2 immunizations
Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or declination on facility form
Tdap within the last 10 years
2-step PPD or IGRA within the last year
Fit test within 1 year of start
Criminal background check within 6 months of start
Rhode Island fingerprinting within 30 days of start
Orientation packet completion
Non-employee confidentiality agreement
Confirmation of assignment
Covid and flu policy form completed annually

Notes

Flu vaccination is required annually from 10/1 to 6/30, with no medical exemptions or declinations reviewed.
