Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Rhode Island
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BSN
- Driver's License
Onboarding Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine and booster documentation
- MMR immunity or 2 immunizations
- Varicella immunity or 2 immunizations
- Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or declination on facility form
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- 2-step PPD or IGRA within the last year
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Criminal background check within 6 months of start
- Rhode Island fingerprinting within 30 days of start
- Orientation packet completion
- Non-employee confidentiality agreement
- Confirmation of assignment
- Covid and flu policy form completed annually

- Flu vaccination is required annually from 10/1 to 6/30, with no medical exemptions or declinations reviewed.
