Contract

13 weeks
Full-time, 36–40 hours per week
Shift: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Role Summary

Interim renal pre-transplant coordinator responsible for clinical evaluation, diagnostic workup, and UNOS waitlist management for kidney transplant candidates.
Works with transplant nephrologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams from initial referral through waitlist activation.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Transplant experience within the last year
2 years of transplant experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic
Driver's License
