Cath Lab Technician - Ohio, Dayton

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT certification or applicable state license
BLS certification (AHA)
Must complete required personal health history and immunizations prior to onboarding, including:
- MMR
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- TB Test and Annual TB Questionnaire
- Varicella
- Physical/Health Statement
Background and professional verifications required prior to onboarding, including:
- Criminal background check (7-year county search, SSN trace, national database)
- Education verification
- Professional references
- Drug screen
- License/certificate verification
- Employment verification
- Sex offender registry checks
Completion of required skills checklists and unit exams prior to onboarding
