Assignment Details

• Long-term assignment
• 16 weeks
• Shift: 08:00 - 04:30
• Assigned to one radiography area, with possible coverage in alternate locations based on operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT
• Professional license and/or certification must be verified through primary source verification
• MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• Resume must include the past 7 years of work experience
• 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• N95 fit test completed within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit test is required for the skill
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity
• Influenza vaccine during flu season
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
• Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background check
• Massachusetts CORI check
• SSN trace
• National sex offender check
• Exclusion checks
• Education verification
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form
• Beeline attestation

Role Summary

• Performs diagnostic imaging using radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable, and related equipment
• Explains exams and safety protocols to patients
• Positions patients and adjusts imaging equipment for each exam
• Applies radiation safety principles, including ALARA and proper shielding
• Reviews images for quality and completeness before transmission to PACS
• Documents exams and relevant clinical details accurately
• Collaborates with radiologists, nurses, providers, technologists, and other care team members
