Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg (Days)

Location: Casper, Wyoming
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Schedule includes 2 weekend shifts every 4 weeks.
• Must be able to start on the listed start date or within one week after.
• Return to Office (RTO) cannot exceed 7 days and no RTO allowed during the first week of assignment.
• Candidates should specify all facilities, shifts, and departments they are willing to work in.
• Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)
• Minimum of 2 years (24 months) Med/Surg experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Active RN license to practice in Wyoming with no disciplinary hits.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Flu vaccination required (medical and/or religious exemptions accepted with documentation).
• Valid driver’s license to verify residency.
• Resume must include all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
• Med/Surg skills checklist completed within the last 12 months.
• Active license and certifications must be verified within the last 30 days.
• Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel experience is highly preferred but not required.

Additional Information

• Strict adherence to background check standards is required.
• Non-billable hours are adjusted to 16 hours per assignment.
• Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty.
