Schedule & Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day shift)
• Possibility of weekend work
• 40 hours per week guaranteed, with 20 hours weekly minimum guaranteed
• Average patient load: 5-7 patients per day

Specialty & Patient Population

• Specialty: Home Health Nursing
• Types of cases: Geriatric patients
• Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the office/hub
• Flexibility with territory expected

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Electronic Medical Record system

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) documentation

Dress Code

• Scrubs of any color
• No jeans allowed

Equipment Provided

• iPad provided for work
• Cell phone not provided

Mileage

• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate

Background & Compliance Requirements

• Valid driver’s license/state ID required
• Background check within 1 year covering all locations lived/worked/schooled, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required prior to start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start date
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframes
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
• 9-panel drug screen within last 12 months (instant acceptable) to meet agency standards
• Photo for badge within 72 hours of signing
• Auto insurance copy required
• Signed orientation safety manual acknowledgment annually
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Skills checklist required
• Two professional references within 3 years of hire

• Locals are accepted and paid at travel rates
• Traveler must be flexible with territory coverage
• Candidate must watch facility-specific welcome videos prior to start

This position is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN with at least one year of recent experience, who is comfortable working independently in a community setting and managing geriatric patients within a defined geographic territory.
